Struggling with an eating disorder can feel confusing, painful, and hopeless. Part of you may desperately want to let go of disordered behaviors and be at peace with your body, while another part of you may feel afraid to stop disordered behaviors because they feel familiar and safe.

With years of experience in treating eating concerns, I can help you generate and use tools that will help you find greater peace with food and your body.

My approach to eating disorder treatment is based in the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating. I believe that every person deserves ethical, effective treatment regardless of body size, shape, or weight. I am passionate about helping you learn to trust your body, and feel the joy of including all types foods in your life.

I specialize in providing therapy for:

  • ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder)
