Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating
If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, you’ve come to the right place.
Struggling with an eating disorder can feel confusing, painful, and hopeless. Part of you may desperately want to let go of disordered behaviors and be at peace with your body, while another part of you may feel afraid to stop disordered behaviors because they feel familiar and safe.
